Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Manager works jointly with the recruitment team leaders and recruiters to oversee the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes of employees. In this role you supervise the team leaders and overall recruitment team. You will also own the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) along with all recruitment reporting, budgeting, and presentations. As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will ensure the recruiting strategies used by the team are up to date and effective. Finally, this role interacts with new mergers & acquisitions on transitioning recruitment efforts into CMS Nextech.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Supervise the recruitment team leaders and provide overall guidance to the nationwide recruitment team

· Evaluate the performance of the recruitment team

· Monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures

· Create monthly recruitment presentations on metrics and initiatives

· Ongoing evaluation of current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness

· Coordinate with company department leaders to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs

· Own agency and job board relationships

· Head the diversity hiring strategy

· Research the best job advertising techniques and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates

· Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing and assessment methods

· Create and own the strategic recruitment plan including budgeting, job board costs, and resource management and structure

· Other related duties, as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Excellent management and leadership skills

· Knowledge of labor laws legislation and HR practices

· Knowledge of social media and professional networks

· Ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently

· Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

· Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently

Education and Experience:

· Proven experience working in a leadership role in recruiting department

· Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business management, labor relations, or related field

· Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases

· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as recruitment software

Preferred:

· SHRM-CP certification

· Experience in the HVAC or other service industry

Physical requirements:

· Continuously able to work in office environment

· Continuously able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer

· Continuously able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours

· Able to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the day

· Continuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talking

· Occasionally able to lift up to 15 lbs

· Occasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching

· Rarely requires climbing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $89,545.06 - $122,822.42 per year
