This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities. Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition process in alignment with the Schoox culture and core values
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Meet regularly with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and determine selection criteria for open roles
  • Creatively source candidates through various channels. Collaborate with Marketing to create engaging social media campaigns for prospective candidates
  • Plan interview and selection procedures
  • Host or participate in job fairs and other recruitment events
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture Team to implement and evolve the employment brand of Schoox for current and future potential team members
  • Build and maintain trust across the organization as part of the People & Culture team
Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
  • Demonstrated success of at least two years as a full-cycle talent acquisition professional
  • At least one year of experience in recruiting Sales professionals, preferably in the Software as a Service (SaaS) technology field
  • Desire for growth in the Human Resources field
  • Passion for promoting the employment brand to attract new talent
  • Ability to forge trusting relationships within a global organization
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to participate in calls across time zones as needed
