GENERAL SUMMARY:


Responsible for effectively and efficiently guiding new hires though the pre-employment and post-employment process. Coordinates the gathering of all required documentation and follows up on the completion of all pre-employment activities. Coordinates new hire data entry with HRIS. Follows up with new hires on a predetermined basis and assists them with assimilation into the organization.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Partner with team leads and TA consultants to efficiently initiate the pre-employment process for candidates that have accepted employment offers.
  • Initiates contact with new hires to welcome them to the organization. Clearly outlines what the steps are in the pre-employment process, advises of required documentation and ensures understanding. Provides formal employment offer letter.
  • Gathers all required documentation (identification, license, etc.), ensures that all BH forms are completed and that all clearances (employee health, credentialing, etc.) are obtained prior to initiating data entry into the system.
  • Provides completed and audited packets to HRIS for data entry to occur.
  • Follows up with new hires after their start date. Serves as a resource to new hires to ensure they have access to the information they need during the initial phase of employment.
  • Maintains regular follow up with respective TA consultants and new hires to ensure timelessness of recruitment process.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Supports, cooperates with and demonstrates safe work practices and attitudes, follows safety rules – including universal precautions - reports and prevents/corrects unsafe conditions and behaviors, and participates in organizational and departmental safety programs.
  • Completes all required compliance standards that may be department specific and/or identified by the organization.
  • Maintains current licensure, registration and/or certification, as applicable, at all times.

  • Education / Training:

  • High school diploma.
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field is preferred.

  • Work Experience:

  • One (1) year of direct high-volume human resources support experience is preferred.

  • Certification, Licensure, Registration:

None required.


  • Other Qualifications:

  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical and communication.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet established timeframes.
  • Proficient with various personal computer software applications including a Word and Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems, etc.
