Cisive is a seeking a well-versed Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team consisting of talented recruiters and human resources professionals. The Talent & Acquisition Partner is an integral role responsible for proactively and successfully integrating with client groups by providing “best in class” strategic recruiting strategy solutions and support.

  • Candidates who reside within a commutable distance to a Cisive office will be hired in a hybrid work model with remote and in-office requirements as needed. Candidates who reside outside a commutable distance from an office location will be hired in a remote work model with travel required to an office location(s) as needed.

Essential Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy

  • Build awareness, market and promote recruiting efforts through job boards, career pages, and social media channels.
  • Source candidates utilizing social media, resume databases, Boolean searches, industry contacts and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, colleges, vendors, associations, and other bodies who might route talent to the organization or aid in TA processes.
  • Engage with active and passive talent and connect them with current job openings.
  • Prescreen candidates via phone, video and/or in-person interviews.
  • Evaluate applicants and submit top candidates for hiring manager’s review.
  • Manage candidate expectations and engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates.

Business Strategy

  • Integrate with client groups to gain comprehensive knowledge of business operations and position specifications.
  • Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture Business Partners to identify recruitment needs and candidate ‘must haves’.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify competency questions for interview consistency and quality.
  • Work closely with leadership to influence effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations on time to fill, compensation, candidate pool quality, and market feedback.
  • Work to ensure diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring practices.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners during the pre-boarding process from job description draft to hire.
  • Mange client group requisition process by tracking and reporting on talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, etc.
  • Oversee the completion of various talent acquisition projects and initiatives
  • Suggest and recommend best practice improvements such as drafting TA communications, templates, workflows, external application and interview messages, interview requests, and rejection emails.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years client recruiting experience required
  • Metrics and data reporting experience
  • Excellent verbal, oral and presentation skills
  • Business acumen with client integration experience
  • High requisition placement count with equitable positions
  • ATS experience in Workday and/or SAP a plus
