As our new Talent Acquisition Partner you will be joining our newly established team with TA Partners all across the world. With this new global setup we will play a key role in supporting Hempel’s ambitious target of doubling the revenue by 2025. To support the ambition, we aspire to build a world class TA function delivering operational excellence in the end-to-end recruitment processes.

In this role you will act as a talent attraction expert and being responsible for the successful, end-to-end management of the entire recruitment process and candidate journey. As TA Partner for the Americas, you will be covering the area of Canada, USA, Mexico, Argentina & Brazil.

This is what you can look forward to

As Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for planning and running the recruitment process together with hiring manager from start to end.

You will also:

  • Provide advice to hiring managers regarding talent acquisition strategies based on talent data and insights
  • Provide consultative partners services and advice to hiring managers and business partners regarding talent acquisition strategies based on talent data and insights
  • Ensure compliance, data governance and hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” recruitment guidelines are implemented throughout the recruitment process
  • Align with Strategic Business Partners and People Partners to plan for coming recruitments and take part of operational as well as strategic workforce planning
  • Build and maintain candidate engagement throughout process
  • Conduct interviews and assessments as part of candidate selection process
  • Adapt and implement global Employer Value Proposition locally
  • Advocate for Hempel and act as an ambassador, and drive local recruitment marketing/employer branding incl SoMe to create awareness and interest for jobs at Hempel
  • Establish long-term candidate relationships and build external pipeline for future vacancies
  • Conduct TA data analytics, insights and reporting
  • Work on assigned tasks and projects related to the TA transformation and other ad-hoc tasks and projects

We’re looking for an experienced TA Partner who is strong in building trust and relations

The ideal candidate has a passion for delivering a good candidate and manager experience, and you should have a proven track record of attracting and selecting the right candidates considering the needs of the business. In the TA team we will play a key role in ensuring a diverse workforce, so you should share our passion for diversity and equality.

Furthermore we expect:

  • 5-7 years of experience from similar role in a global organisation
  • Fluent in English
  • Spanish & Portuguese is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing talent through social media
  • Excellent in building trust and relations
  • Strong consultant profile based on business acumen and the ability to translate business needs to candidate profiles and TA strategies
  • Strong executor with high sense of urgency and focus on delivering value to line of business
  • Able to communicate in a clear and consistent way – both verbally and in writing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
