Position Summary:

This position will partner with hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the divisions and properties to deliver great talent. This position is based in the Baltimore, MD area with occasional travel to the properties across the Mid-Atlantic portfolio (MD, VA, NC, KY).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
  • Actively recruit for open job positions assigned and update open job listings.
  • Create social media campaigns using instagram, tic toc, etc.
  • Generate HR Analytics/Reports and tweak recruiting strategies based on analytics
  • Create and implement employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers.
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, business leaders and HR.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
  • Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
  • Research, pitch, coordinate and attend job fairs, college fairs and various other networking events with division staff.
  • Work cooperatively with the other members of the Talent Acquisition team as needed in order to accomplish team goals.
  • Prepare new employee files and maintain employees’ records including I-9 forms/documentation.
  • Manage onboarding, offer letter process and background checks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Requires Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Requires high school education or equivalent.
  • Requires 2+ years of related experience working in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with Real Estate, Construction, Development or Property Management industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HR Information Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems
