Long Beach, CA
Working Hours/Shift:
Monday-Friday (8-5PM)

What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field plus a minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience,
    OR Associates Degree plus 2 years of recruitment experience,
  • OR an equivalent combination or education and HR/recruiting experience
  • Experience with web-based applicant tracking (ATS) systems required
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required
  • Workday experience a plus
  • Recruiting or HR experience in healthcare or mental/behavioral health a plus
  • Valid Driver’s License
How you will make a difference (Job Overview):
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for open positions within a designated region/agency. This position will identify recruiting challenges that may potentially impact the talent pipeline, candidate assessment and engagement, and recruitment strategies. This position will work with the HR Manager to ensure compatibility with employment law.
The TA Specialist is the primary point of contact for recruitment reporting and outcomes related to their region/agency and will provide required data and reports to the Regional and Corporate HR and Operations Management Team.
