Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiting Coordinator-Remote

This is a completely remote role for an organized, outgoing experienced recruiting coordinator looking to make an impact and grow within a new talent acquisition recruiting team.

  • Be an impactful member of the Talent Acquisition Team by ensuring an excellent recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner with team members and hiring managers to coordinate throughout the recruiting lifecycle to ensure an excellent experience, which includes managing requisitions, scheduling interviews and gathering feedback.
  • Support a fast-paced team by coordinating interview scheduling needs for internal and external roles located in the US. This includes coordinating interviews via phone, video, and on-site. This could also include complex team interviews located at multiple sites in different time zones.
  • Work with TA leadership to develop sourcing channels and facilitate outreach to potential candidates.
  • Assist TA leader with ATS management, employer branding activities, candidate experience and recruitment marketing.
  • Support enterprise-wide projects and initiatives including campus events, diversity and other strategic programs through collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 1 - 2 years of related experience in Talent Acquisition in a recruiting, sourcing, or related human resource function
  • ATS and LinkedIn systems experience highly preferred
  • Strong learning agility and passion for driving results
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to communicate across the organization at all levels.
  • Passion for data integrity
