Job Description
The Talent Sourcing Partner position will focus on the proactive sourcing of high-quality healthcare professionals. In partnership with key stakeholders in the company, this role owns the execution of our search strateg ies , proactive outreach, marketing collaborations and initial candidate assessment. This role will ensure a continued flow of high-quality and diverse candidates through the process and creation of a strong talent pipeline for future growth.

Job Duties
Build candidate pipelines for both unique and evergreen roles to support diverse representation at all stages of the hiring process
Help execute sourcing strategies, partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners and analyzing role requirements to determine target candidate profile needs
Maintain a network of potential candidates through thoughtful engagement practices, building candidate rapport through trust, and acting as a candidate advisor throughout the recruitment process
Develop and foster strong relationships with recruiters and managers, supporting and providing recruiting solutions and consult on their talent needs
Manage accurate candidate and status information in applicant tracking system and Candidate Relationship Platform
Create approaches that look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find and engage the best talent in the market
Create and execute individual campus strategies for assigned schools including events, information sessions, student clubs/organizations, etc.
Create and present presentations to small and large groups of students, faculty and staff.
Serve as point of contact for assigned schools, develop, and maintain relationships with students, key faculty and school administration to increase brand and recruitment results.
Daily usage of technology including: ATS, job boards and other tools to find, track and process candidates. Tool examples include Paycom ATS, LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc…
Qualifications

Education, Credentials, Licenses:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Specialized Knowledge:
  • Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, HRIS.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, and ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong relationship building skills
Familiar with general operations of Human Resources including legal, Federal, and state laws & regulations. Computer literate in an email application, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows Operating System.

Kind and Length of Experience:
Two years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing directed role. Must have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse and multi-cultural environment.
DESIRABLE
RACR, SPHR, SHRM-CP Designation
PeopleSoft HRIS, Modern ATS/CRM (ICIMS, Greenhouse, Worday)
Sourcing experience, leveraging sourcing tech, digital marketing and other lead generation tools.
