Position Summary:
The Talent Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end completion of internal recruiting assignments including sourcing and interviewing of aviation professionals for positions and placements with Jet Aviation. In addition, the candidate is expected to maintain excellent relations with clients, candidates, and the business aviation community at-large.
Main Responsibilities:
Collaborates with clients, management, and sales to obtain detailed internal job specifications and requirements
Recruiting focus will be entry and mid-level internal positions.
Applies recruiting processes for assigned clients including sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing, facilitating interview process and negotiating compensation packages.
Pursues and utilizes various sources for optimal candidate sourcing; think outside of typical source channels to identify new talent pools including social media avenues
Prepares candidate portfolios and presents to client
Provides regular progress reports to both clients, candidates, and management
Updates recruiting database with current and accurate information on clients, prospects, and candidates
Confers with management to identify staffing needs, workforce planning and search assignments
Writes complete and detailed search assignments ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and requirements
Develops and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to stay competitive
Maintains accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, and recruiting activity.
Initiates and maintains excellent working relations with the Jet Aviation Staffing team and management
Participates in travel to trade shows and industry events when required
Follows best practices and process mapping for all recruiting functions within the organization
Perform other duties or special projects as required or as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Associates or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
2-3 years related experience in a similar recruiting role
Previous recruiting or sales experience helpful
Experience working in a staffing agency environment highly desirable
Proficiency working in a PC-based work environment to include advanced MS Office Suite knowledge
Applicant tracking database experience needed
Salesforce experience a plus
