Opportunity available for full time manager at Islamorada Brewery & Distillery, a busy cocktail bar environment in a company with a lot of growth potential for an energetic go-getter. The brewery is located at mile marker 82 in Islamorada.
The job combines general management role of overseeing and backstopping the bar during your designated “days” as well as supporting ongoing operations and events. That might mean serving/bartending, organizing/cleaning or fixing things, talking to customers about private events, helping with staff hiring/training needs and filling in wherever needed, identifying new event ideas, booking new music acts, reaching out to community groups, and much more.
