TargetX Coordinator (Business Systems Analyst I)
Salary Range - $65,141.11 to $76,831.56 Annually
SCOPE OF WORK: Coordinates the utilization of TargetX across CCSNH colleges with responsibility for analyzing processes, developing workflows, maximizing functionality, providing user training, and developing communication campaigns, scheduling, and marketing dashboards. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer at the System Office.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Works with college admissions personnel to implement new functionality, troubleshoot problems with campaigns and events, and perform research and testing of new and enhanced functionalities to improve CRM performance.
- Analyzes admissions processes to create standardized workflows to enhance admissions operations related to planning admissions events, one-time, and recurring within TargetX CRM and by developing associated student data sheets through FormAssembly platform.
- Develops, configures, and maintains communications campaigns within TargetX CRM platform to ensure consistent messaging, across and within CCSNH colleges, to prospective students.
- Works in concert with central marketing team and college admissions and marketing staff to ensure messaging to new and prospective students is in alignment with branding and broader CCSNH marketing efforts.
- Provides information to key stakeholders related to communication campaign effectiveness by monitoring response rates to create a meaningful portfolio of metrics related to student behaviors, preferences, and needs through a variety of dashboards.
- Works with college-based admissions directors to develop work processes/functional specifications and to create procedure manual related to communications and event planning.
- Participates in the ongoing TargetX strategy meetings to leverage CRM application utilization and adoption by colleges.
- Develops and conducts user training for college admissions staff in the applications and functionality of TargetX.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of new and emerging TargetX features and functionality to ensure CCSNH’s utilization reflects current capabilities of the platform.
- Complies with all college, system, state, and federal rules and regulations.
- Performs a variety of other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business analytics, business administration, marketing, communications, information technology, or other field from a recognized college or university. Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
Experience: Six years of experience in college admissions, marketing, public relations, or communications, with experience in project management. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.
Desired Qualifications: Knowledge and experience with drafting communication campaigns related to the college admissions process. Admissions, marketing, and/or management experience in higher education.
License/ Certification: Valid drivers’ license or access to statewide transportation.
RECOMMENDED WORK TRAITS: Knowledge of general marketing and communication techniques and implementation processes. Knowledge of business processes analysis and redesign. Ability to explain system applications/functions in easily understood language for non-technical personnel. Ability to develop and implement user training. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups and work effective as a member of a team. Ability to work independently and to exercise sound professional judgment. Must be willing to maintain appearance appropriate to assigned duties and responsibilities as determined by the management.
