Task Force Assistant General Manager

Have you been told your head is in the clouds? Are you quick to connect and have no problem hitting the ground running in a new environment? • Provide strong leadership to the hotel associates, through training and implementing continuous improvement for our Most Satisfied Owners
• Act as the on-property leader who demonstrates support by communicating Pathfinder's core values and culture, while promoting various initiatives programs and motivates hotel contribution for meeting overall goals
• Stay up to date and in-touch with local community involvement and maintaining keen relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers.
• Participate in the hiring of additional hotel associates and overseeing each departmental performance evaluations.
• Reside at the hotel property and be available as needed.

Master of Sales - Do you enjoy making it rain dolla, dolla bills? Then a life in sales is what you want. Our in-house sales aficionados cook & book group reservations, meeting room bookings, and feed our Area Sales Team leads.

Smooth Operator - You know your way around a calculator and seeing an abacus makes you blush. Our Smooth Operators have moves that extend past the dance floor and into our accounting department coding invoices and balancing books.
