- Implementation of Placement Stability Team Decision Making (PS TDM) and the fidelity of the evidenced based program
- Ability to explain safety and risk assessment tools and how they relate to TDM practice as well as agency policies, laws, court processes, etc.
- Knowledge of group process and ability to respectfully lead diverse groups toward resolution in an emotionally charged environment
- Significant conflict management skills
- Expertise in strengths-based, solution-focused, family-centered practice
- Skill in assessing group and family dynamics, especially identifying, and articulating creative solutions to avoid placement changes and meet stability needs of child/youth
- Competence in case management practice and available services
- Provide regular feedback to Supervisor and DCF regarding trends, service gaps, and policy concerns observed in meetings to advocate for system improvements
- Reports critical incidents to DCF verbally within 12 hours, written within 24 hours
- Implements Saint Francis Ministries policies and follows directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent Saint Francis Ministries Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), rules, personnel policies and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms
- Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels.
- Ensures clients’ rights are protected.
