Luster National Inc., a minority-owned small business headquartered in Mill Valley, California, with offices nationwide, a highly respected Program, Project, Construction and Consulting Management company, is seeking a Team Builder - job location: Sacramento, CA
an individual who can bring 20+ years of experience in organizational and leadership development, project management, engineering, and construction.
About the position:
- Someone with a passion for building high performance teams by helping leaders maximize their potential.
- Someone who can conduct individual coaching as well as team building and organizational development with teams of all sizes – from small businesses to large corporations and multi-billion dollar project teams.
- Experience working in the engineering and construction industry is needed.
- Experience offering the following services:
- Construction Partnering Facilitation
- Organizational Development Consulting
- Clifton Strengths & MBTI Coaching and Workshops (one-on-one and teams)
- Strategic Planning Facilitation
Responsibilities:
- Working under the direction of a strategic consultant, and as part of a team, set up and run team building sessions, conduct Clifton Strengths workshops
Skills and Attributes:
- Self starter, excellent communication skills.
Education:
- BA or BS (Bachelor Degree) - Project Management
- Attainment - Transportation
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in conducting team building and partnering sessions; experience in the AEC industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Gallup Certified Strengths Coach
- Myers-Briggs Certified Practitioner
