Job description

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic team member to join our Smoothie King location. As a team member, you will be responsible for creating delicious and healthy smoothies, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the store. Must be at least 16 years old. We will hire college students for summer employment, we will work around school schedules. Base pay plus an average of $2.00 per hour in TIPS!!

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality smoothies using fresh and nutritious ingredients
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect smoothie for their needs and preferences
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store, including cleaning equipment, countertops, and floors
• Stock and replenish ingredients and supplies as needed
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and store promotions
• Follow all food safety guidelines and protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
• Knowledge of and passion for healthy living and nutrition
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
