Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) is seeking a highly motivated Technical Lead to join our team. The candidate will be the one who maintain the vision of all Task Orders and acts as technical lead of the project who understand all the integrations of the systems and projects.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillsets, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS’ capabilities.

As a Technical Lead you will:

  • Responsible for maintaining the vision of all Task Orders
  • Act as a technical lead of the project who understands all the integrations of the systems and projects
  • Assess project's technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks
  • Design and implement project's technical architecture and coordinate installation of software systems
  • Define the structure of system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation
  • Design and validate complex architecture and ensure its successful implementation including providing direction to software programming and development of documentation
  • Prepare reports or correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, or status and deliver on defined revenue targets
  • Initiate and maintain client relationships, share practice management and administration responsibilities including overall management of project teams and development of staff
  • Lead Capgemini operations relating to market development and/or service delivery excellence

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering (any), or related field
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance
  • 10+ years of experience in leading large enterprise solutions/architectures across major platforms
  • 5+ years of experience in leading/developing/implementing service models across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS. Leading cloud platforms across Azure, AWS, Salesforce, Google, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience working in an Agile development environment and ability to weave “Lean”, DevOps / DevSecOps concepts into the fabric of our culture.
  • Have experience in migration/transformation of enterprise applications across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS platforms including migration/transformation to major cloud platforms.
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture and experienced working in an DevSecOps environment
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, and organized
  • Ability to negotiate with and influence senior team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize and display a high level of adaptability/flexibility while handling job responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, think outside the box/about the big picture and goal-driven (do-er)
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum and Agile techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement, Technical Debt, PI Planning)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of assessment tools including validation processes, and legal and ethical use of instruments for development, selection, and other talent management decisions
  • Analytical skills - Ability to problem solving and problem analysis
  • Any architect related certifications such as Solution Architect (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc.), CTA, TOGAF, Zachman, ITIL etc. will be a plus, but not a requirement
  • PMP & SAFe certifications are a plus, but not a requirement

Pay Transparency:

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $120k to $155K.

This role may be eligible for other compensation, including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full-time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
