Since 1992, IPT has provided a wide variety of professional services and technology solutions to the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), other Federal agencies and commercial clients.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be tasked with locating and qualifying both active and passive candidates to support our various Federal customers.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the team to understand needs of client and job requirements
- Recruit over multiple mediums to secure the highest level of talent for open positions
- Successfully review job descriptions/resumes to identify the right candidate
- Source, Screen, and interview candidates to determine best match for open positions
- Arrange/coordinate interviews with technical hiring managers
- Establish relationships with active and passive candidates
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience
- Maintain and update ATS (Paycor Software) system
Requirements:
- Three plus years of recruiting/sourcing experience, ideally in federal space
- Experience with filling technical positions- Cloud/Data Engineering, Software Development, DevSecOps Engineers, Software Engineers, System Administrators etc.
- Outstanding communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Be highly organized and proactive in filling roles
- Ability to build and maintain a network of candidates
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Experience in social media recruiting preferred
