We are looking for an energetic, connected, results-oriented Contract Recruiter to help us scale our Product Development and Engineering teams focused on building a world-class gaming platform on mobile and beyond.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full life cycle recruiting process
- Find, engage and activate passive candidates
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
- Facilitate the interviewing and hiring decision-making process with interviewing teams and hiring managers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience working in a recruiting role (in-house or agency) in the game technology sector
- Must have hands-on experience recruiting technical roles from software engineers to product managers
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and interviewing teams
- Exceptional eye for talent, sharp screening and interview skills
- Strong tech industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant technical and on-technical skill
- Working knowledge of games industry
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong LinkedIn presence
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of management
- Technical recruiting background is a must
