Technician (Mental/Behavioral Health)
Job description
Full-time Behavioral Health Technician position now available in our Chesterfield Center offering the opportunity to provide patient care utilizing breakthrough treatment modalities for treating depression, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS Therapy) and esketamine therapy. We are seeking an individual who will be certified to deliver TMS and/or esketamine therapy under the supervision of our medical directors, staff physicians, and center manager.
Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Delivering TMS and esketamine therapy to our patients - paid training is provided
- Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions
- Office administrative tasks such as chart management, reporting center operations to management, scheduling appointments, collecting copays, and handling all medical records in compliance with HIPAA
Minimum Qualifications:
- HS Diploma and at least 1 year in a patient care/mental health outpatient office setting OR
- Bachelors degree in psychology or related field OR
- Medical Assistant certificate/CNA
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Customer Service
- Patient scheduling
- Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic Life Support Certification – Training Provided

This position will primarily work out of our Chesterfield center but may be asked travel to other centers in the region as needed. Normal business hours are M-F 8:30a - 5:30p, but may vary depending on our patients' needs. No nights or weekends
We offer competitive pay (based on education level and prior experience), PLUS a generous benefits package including 401(k) with company match, mileage reimbursement where applicable, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision benefits.
Salary: $17-$19/hr (annualized to approx. $36,000-$40,000k/yr)
