Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
Operate telephone console, facilitates communication process between public, BSA patients and their families, and all Operating departments. Monitor cameras, code phone, Ambulance bay after hours, refrigeration temperature for Nutrition Services and Pharmacy, secure DSX doors, provides an answering service for 46 clinics (105 doctors) and perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Position requires English language usage to function in job appropriately
- Shows history of good organizational and follow-through skills
- Is able to quickly evaluate and prioritize requests of staff and physicians
- Is able to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing situations
- Deals competently with employees, patients, physicians and visitors in stressful situations
- Is well versed in HIPAA laws and keep patient documentation and information confidential
- Has the ability to multi-task constantly and tolerate interruptions
- Is able to respond to monitors, alarms and answer telephone inquiries, communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and other personnel
- Possesses basic computer and office equipment skills
