Since 1975, Total Air Supply has been a leader in HVAC wholesale and custom metal fabrication for the New England region. Based out of Derry, New Hampshire with branches in Nashua and Manchester, we carry a large selection of equipment for split systems, mini-splits, and light commercial as well as parts, round and square duct work, filters, and general supplies. Our full-service custom fabrication shop, located at our Derry facility, is ready to meet any specific needs that our customers require from sheet metal to spiral to welded black iron and stainless steel.

The Territory Manager is responsible for calling on new and existing assigned customers for purposes of sales growth, promotional activities, new product introduction, problem resolution, customer training, and developing the dealer’s business. This role is responsible for territory saturation and sales growth through excellence in customer service and utilization of company sales tools and systems. This role calls on customers independently, with the sales manager, in person and via phone calls. Additionally, this role reports on market competition and other territory sales influences.
This position is based at our Derry branch conveniently located at 1 B St, Derry, NH 03038.
What we need from you:
· HVAC knowledge preferred but we will train the right candidate.
· Associates degree or 5 years’ experience in manufacturing or distribution.
· Outstanding sales and customer service expertise.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· Accuracy and professionalism.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Self-motivated.
· Possess a reliable vehicle and be insurable by our insurance company for the travel this position requires.

What will you be doing? We’ll keep you busy and teach you how to:
· Achieve sales goals in assigned territory.
· Cold call, prospect and close new business.
· Provide outstanding customer service to existing accounts.
· Develop business, introduce new products, train and more.
· Use Munch computer systems, vendors’ computer systems, and Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Job Requirements
· High School diploma or its GED equivalent and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
· 5 or more years’ experience with HVAC, sales, and related functions.
Minimum Job Requirements
· High School diploma or its GED equivalent and some college coursework in Business or related field.
· 3 or more years’ experience with HVAC, or comparable B2B selling role.
· Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.
· Use computers, photocopiers, scanners, phone systems and meeting and virtual platform sharing relative to the needs of the job.
· Minimum keyboarding skills of 40 words per minute.
