Prometric of Peoria is looking for a Administrator/Lead: The successful candidate will work two to five days per week and must be available to work some Saturdays and evenings. Lead shifts consist mostly from 7am to 5, with some flexibility. The center is open from 7:30-5 and some evenings until 9:30 Monday through Friday, Saturday 7:30-12:30 and some evenings until 5:00. Approximately 15-30 hours per week.
Test Administrators Lead will be responsible for the total operations of the facility. This includes scheduling, hiring, opening days for test windows. This also includes working as the Test Center Proctor. Additional responsibilities are; greet testing candidates, check proper identification, check-in test takers and follow testing rules and regulations, monitor test takers, and assist in administering computer-based exams in a professional environment. The Test Center Administrator Lead must maintain testing facilities, be alert and present observing at all times, have a positive attitude, and able to work under time sensitive timelines.
Applicants should possess strong customer service, communication, multi-tasking, and basic PC skills. Professional demeanor in attire and conduct, the ability to work as a part of a team, follow directions and lift up to 40 pounds is required. Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while administering exams and perform periodic walk-throughs is necessary.
Candidates must have a valid high school diploma, meet background check requirements, and have no felony convictions.
