We have an exciting opportunity for a Test Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the software test process which involves managing software packages through the 3 rings of testing.

o Ring 1, Lab Testing, requires documenting test devices, tracking testing results (success/failures), identify and troubleshoot issues through to resolution and Communicating results.

o Ring 2, Engage customer center contacts, network, and security teams for them to test. Review test results and if necessary, troubleshoot issues through resolution.

o Ring 3, testing like Rings 1 and 2 with application teams.

· Document and communicate what is being tested, including test results, troubleshooting initiatives, track the progress of testers and report success rates.

· Coordinate Production release and remediate any possible Production deployment issues.

· Interact with engineering and application groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications.

· Provide ad-hoc and scheduled reports.

Required Experience/Skills:

· 3-5 years of experience

· Previous experience as test coordinator.

· Windows 10, tier 2 troubleshooting skills.

· Experience with:

o Drive customer requested deliverables to achieve due dates.

o Test, validate, and troubleshoot software packages and applications as well as implement software for workstations in the test environment.

o Create testing documentation to track test activities, testing dates, deployment information, and subsequent testing results.

o Provide oversight and guidance regarding requests for test coordination of IT initiatives to upgrade, validate and manage software for desktops on customer workstations.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Comfortable with communicating updates and issues directly to center focal points / all levels of management

Other Requirements:

· Candidates must be US Citizens

· Candidates must have resided in the United States for the past 5 years

· Candidates must not have traveled outside of the United States for a combined total of 6 months or greater in the past 5 years

· This position requires successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and a credit check.
