The Retail Sales Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment along with operating copy machines, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines and point-of-sale devices. The Associate advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry.

The ideal candidate has previous retail or customer service experience along with a friendly, genuinely helpful demeanor and a professional appearance. He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time. Must be able to lift 40 pounds and work occasional Saturdays and/or Sundays as needed. The hours are flexible, but our target is someone who is available from 9am - 5pm or 1:00pm - 6:00pm.

We will train you on a variety of skills such as:
***Printing/graphic arts
***Logistics (packing, shipping, tracking shipments)
***Making signs & banners, business cards, posters and more!

To keep our team members as safe as possible, we provide masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. We have our store professionally sanitized multiple times a week, and require customers to comply with any mask mandates as they are issued.
