Ensure guests have a successful experience; constant supervision of staff and interaction with guests. Qualified candidates will be detailed oriented leaders who are proficient in customer service, basic math, problem solving, and employee supervision. We are looking for people who take initiative, work well on a team, have a positive attitude, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Prior management/assistant management experience is preferred; no previous theatre experience is required. Part-time and full-time positions are available. - Customer relations.
- Cash drawer and inventory reconciliation.
- Knowledge of box office, concessions, and usher positions.
- Set excellent customer service and work examples.
- Active supervision of general staff; assisting to maintain high customer service standards and staff training.

- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- This position may require evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- This position require lawful authorization and documentation to work in the United States.
- Must report to work on time, well-groomed, in clean and proper uniform and practices good personal hygiene.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
