POSITION: School Day Tutors, Thompson Middle School1 Year Only (2022-2023 school year) 8 stipend positions STARTING DATE: ASAPFacilitator reports directly to the Principal, Asst. Principal and/or MTSS Coordinator SALARY: Stipend (Utilized the TAN Over Prepped Calculation) QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Should have a work schedule which will enable him/her to meet the obligations without interference with his/her regular working schedule and will fit in with middle school model of tutoring during the day2. Present employment at Thompson Middle School.

3. Demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities listed below as evidenced by previous experience and the interview process. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Regularly connects with students (via phone or meet) who are assigned school day tutoring.2.

Collaborate with Teaching Staff on assignments and content to be facilitated with students during the tutoring time.3. Create plans and strategic approaches with students in order to complete assignments and understand content. 4. Track student progress with work completion.

5. Report student progress to supporting teaching staff. 6. Report student progress to the Guidance Counselor and or cluster.7.

Report student progress to MTSS Coordinator.8. Attend four after school meetings a. Tuesday, Nov 8th b. Tuesday, Jan 17th c.

Tuesday, March 28th d. Tuesday, June 20th 9. Performs any other duties stipulated by the Principal of Thompson Middle School.
