About the job

The market for buying semiconductors online has increased at a rapid pace during the last few years, and buying semiconductor ICs & EVMs on TI.com is an important channel for building closer direct relationships with our customers. Our mission is to make buying parts on TI.com the most convenient channel for customers. To accomplish this, we have organized our business and goals around this premise with a focus on growing TI.com into a multi-billion-dollar online channel. Online Catalog Business (OCB) project execution team is responsible for defining the strategic roadmap and executing projects to drive stable, scalable and attractive infrastructure enhancements.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive strategic roadmap objectives by introducing brand new functionality to build best-in-class online semiconductor platform
  • Lead proposal development and define the strategy, the scope and the vision of the project with the focus on customer convenience and infrastructure scalability
  • Lead and organize cross-functional teams across Finance, Compliance, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT and Law departments
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their care bouts, their functional and process related requirements
  • Drive competitive analysis and define what best-in-class looks like by evaluating competition’s features and customer feedback
  • Provide oversight of project team throughout the project lifecycle and help ensure timely execution of deliverables
  • Management and oversight of project metrics in terms of timeline, resourcing, project deliverables and milestones
  • Provide regular updates on project status to senior leaders

  • Exposure to various aspects of buying on TI.com: Marketing, UI/UX, eCommerce ordering, payment processing, compliance and security, API / EDI connectivity, IT infrastructure and order fulfillment


Minimum Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 3 years of experience
  • Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities in an operational environment
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently while effectively communicating progress updates vertically and laterally
  • Ability to navigate in ambiguous circumstances yet keep an eye on the big picture
  • Focus on building effective partnerships, influencing and collaborating across global cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and curious mindset
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Basic Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence, Spotfire.
  • Experience with API / EDI / RPA connectivity and order management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recent hands-on experience in project management space
  • Experience developing end-to-end eCommerce strategy through a full lifecycle implementation
