Position Summary
Reporting to the Production Manager, the timekeeping scheduling coordinator will be responsible for daily and weekly scheduling updates and timekeeping and supporting Team Leads with various duties within production/operation.
The ideal candidate will utilize excellent problem solving and organizational and to support effective staff scheduling and accurate timekeeping
P osition Responsibilities
  • Will Daily review timekeeping system entries for deviations on timecards and advise supervisors and managers of any discrepancies.
  • Resolve timekeeping related discrepancies and issues.
  • Obtain approval for, and document, all additions, deletions, corrections, etc.
  • Retain all required documentation.
  • Work with employees and supervisors to ensure that payroll punches are approved, documented, and recorded correctly.
  • Review requested changes to schedule (vacations, shift changes, etc.) for appropriateness and forward to department manager for approval (as necessary). Maintains staffing and scheduling information on a daily basis.
  • Meet all deadlines for payroll processing. Report any discrepancies, unusual or questionable time entries to appropriate supervisors, managers or Human Resources.
  • Maintains Crew Schedule Master
  • Assistants in maintaining Training files and completion
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
  • Required to be 18 years of age or older.
  • Skilled in organizing, prioritizing and meeting deadlines while working on numerous ongoing projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Word/Excel at an intermediate level
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written is required.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, interpret, and execute simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos are required.
  • Must be skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Must have high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • High level of integrity, trust, and ethics are required.
