Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic head teacher for our Working Parent Toddler class at our Kresgeville location. This is a full-time, 12-month position supervising toddlers with an assistant teacher. Responsibilities include planning and implementing curriculum and assessments, as well as meeting the physical and emotional needs of the children. The ability to meet each child where they are, foster independence, build relationships with families, and work on toilet training is a must. AAS in ECE or a related field and classroom management experience required. Will consider degrees in related fields with relevant experience. Knowledge of NAEYC and Keystone Stars preferred. Familiarity with PA Early Learning Standards and The Creative Curriculum a plus.
