Andretti Indoor Karting & Games (AIKG) is actively seeking a talented Track Supervisor to join the team at the flagship Orlando location.

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is a rapidly growing Family Entertainment company. There are AIKG locations in multiple states featuring high-speed, high-tech indoor Karting on multilevel tracks, multi-player Virtual Reality Simulators, Arcade fun, and sophisticated event spaces & restaurants featuring scratch cocktails and culinary creations crafted in our kitchens.

POSITION SUMMARY

This Track Supervisor will be responsible for assisting Operations and Track Managers with staffing and training of the track hourly staff, ensuring proper service standards, operational procedures and policies, guest relations, environment control, staff motivation and safety & security. The Track Supervisor must assume a leadership role each shift with the operations managers and create an environment that encourages ownership and accountability. A Track Supervisor is expected to maintain the quality and ethical standards set by AIKG while representing the Andretti brand.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITES

  • Support Management on daily track operations: staffing, scheduling, labor, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing.
  • Maintain opening, running and closing duties for department
  • Manage organization and cleanliness of departmental areas
  • Responsible to take proactive approach to guest relations, including time spent on floor interacting with guests.
  • Ensures the highest level of quality and standards of service.
  • Responsible for all aspects of guest relations and the quality of experience delivered to the guest, i.e. product, timing, service, entertainment, excitement, etc.
  • Empowers staff to deliver exceptional legendary service
  • Responsible to provide management with direct and honest feedback of staff regarding performance
  • Assist with staff training and employee relations
  • Assures that staff morale is maintained at a high level
  • Takes an active part in the retention of staff

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Solid fundamental organizational skills
  • The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat, and sociable throughout the workday
  • Work varying days, nights, holidays, and weekends

Preferred and great to have:

  • At least 6 months of restaurant or FEC leadership experience in a high-volume environment
  • Interest and/or knowledge of motor sports
  • Proven leadership and team skills; ability to motivate and manage people
  • Training and development background
  • Working knowledge of cost controls
  • Strong written, verbal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
