Tamayo Federal Solutions, LLC is seeking a Logistics Training Analyst for the Aircraft Carrier Program to help the U.S. Navy oversee and manage the training program for in-service Aircraft Carriers. You will provide manpower, personnel, and training support to the Aircraft Carrier Program Office to help them manage all aspects of ship manpower, personnel, and training. The Program Executive Officer for Aircraft Carriers is tasked with supporting the design, development, construction, modernization and life cycle management of Aircraft Carriers for the Navy. PEO Aircraft Carriers has dual responsibilities reporting to the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (RDA) and Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command.

What You’ll Get to Do:

- Provide interface and oversight between the Program Office and MPT support team in the following support areas: CSPP, Dashboard development, and various manning studies

- Develop, perform, conduct research efforts (e.g. JTA and FEA’s), and provide recommendations to include MPT data collection as required by the PMS 312 Training Manager

- Identify and document any and all specific system training deficiencies in the associated NTSP

- Design, develop and conduct PEO Carriers Job Task Analysis, Media Analysis and/or Front End Analysis as directed by the PMS 312 MPT / HSI Manager

- Generate communications (e.g., e-mails and phone calls) on manpower logistics topics for submission to higher authority and other technical codes, government agencies, contractors and public/private institutions as directed

- Attend and/or participate in meetings, including staff meetings, for the CVN Training Programs as directed by the Program Office

- Attend and participate in Training meetings, or other Training conferences as directed by the Program Office, as support personnel in the areas of Training

- Assist in the development and coordination of Program Training Assessment Status Briefs in support of Program Manager Directives and APM Life Cycle Support requirements as required by Program Office

- Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare briefings / point papers / E-mails / reference documents for conferences, meetings, and program reviews such as Congressional Reviews and associated reviews per Program Office Tasking

- Liaison as necessary with commands / organizations / representatives / etc. in support of Program Office objectives as the Training representative for APM Life Cycle Support

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

- Experience in Navy Training management (scheduling, conducting, evaluating, developing or coordinating). General familiarity with NETC / SWOS / Learning Centers and the overall life cycle training establishment / providers

- Familiarization with the development of NTSPs and their influence on life cycle training (including Job Duty Task Analysis, Training Situational Analysis, and Front End Analysis)

- Familiarity with Program Offices, Resource Sponsors and Type Commanders and how they interact in the area of Navy training

- Familiarity with PMS 378 / CVN 78 training requirements

- Knowledge of OPNAVINST 1500.76 (series) and OPNAVINST 1000.16 (series) instructions

- Experience / familiarization with standard Navy correspondence procedures and the Navy message release process / requirements

- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience

- Active DoD Secret Clearance

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

- Familiarization with the concept / purpose of MP&T Plan

- Familiarity with PMS 312 ISEA Mini-camp program

- Familiarity with the POM / Budgeting process

- Conference coordination / organization / documentation / follow-up

- Familiarity with Training System Program Offices (TSPOs)

- Experience with shipboard living / operating / training

- Former association with a Program Office

Education/Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree

- 5-10 years of Experience with US Navy Training management (scheduling, conducting, evaluating, developing or coordinating)

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

- U.S. Citizenship required.

- Candidate must have active SECRET Clearance
