Job description
The Training and Onboarding Specialist is responsible for visiting customers' locations to provide support and training on equipment purchased.
MAJOR GOALS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Training support for customers and sales representatives
- Onboard customers for Express Connect and be the liaison throughout the entire sales process
- Maintain the brochure closet for the product you support
- Maintain workflow database and update daily
PRODUCTS & SERVICES INVOLVED IN THIS JOB:
- Printers, multi-functional devices, appropriate software, and other equipment as necessary
ESSENTIAL ACTIVITIES
- Training on equipment
- Follow up with the customer, sales representatives, and managers
- Working knowledge of the Bullseye database
- Will need the ability to work and maintain manufacturers web sites
- Will need to be comfortable presenting in front of people
- Will need good time management skills
