Description:As a full stack engineer, you will be part of a team that has enterprise-wide responsibility for optimizing decision-making through the use of advanced analytical models, driving insight to establish consistent and predictable process execution, identifying performance and process health, and focusing resources on the most critical issues driving effective cross-organizational solutions.

This role will include interaction with data scientists, data analysts, software engineers, and UI/UX designers who all work together to develop analytics solutions for the business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Successful development, testing, deployment and maintenance of applications, incorporating agile and DevOps methodologies and concepts
  • Ability to present project status, concepts and overviews
Basic Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with languages/tools such as SQL, Python, R, shell scripting and command line
  • Proficiency with one or more of the following: container technologies, REST APIs, version control systems (ex. Git, GitHub, BitBucket), and data visualization tools
  • Proficiency with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure or other cloud experience
  • Proficiency in Front-End/Web App development and related scripting languages and libraries, such as JavaScript, Node, React

Must be a US Citizen. This position requires special access and a Secret clearance after starting.
Desired Skills:
  • Configuration and deployment of applications
using Docker/Kubernetes/Openshift or other container management tools
  • Experience with structured and unstructured
data storages and processing frameworks
  • Experience with connecting to relational or
graph databases
  • Experience or knowledge of best practices
within UI/UX
  • Experience with agile software development,
design, architecture, integration and validation
  • Proficient with Ansible/Terraform/Packer
automation which is part of the Infrastructure as
Code (IaC) best practices
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in
identifying valuable ways of incorporating
analytic technologies into business workflows,
processes and customer applications
  • Superlative collaboration and interpersonal
skills with self-starter and mentoring attitude .
  • Full understanding of and experience with DevOps/DevSecOps
  • Familiarity with AI/ML and MLOPs
  • Experience with data security
  • Strong technical leadership skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
