Job description
Eagle Health is seeking an experienced professional to provide Travel Management Support to Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC) in support of the United States Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC).
Responsibilities:
- Support the defense travel for TATRC, and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all aspects of travel management. This includes liaison with Resource Management and Central Travel Office (CTO)
- Prepare official travel orders and vouchers in the DTS for TATRC
- Review travel changes and policies and inform TATRC Government travelers
- Review travel requests from Contractors supporting TATRC to ensure compliance with Joint Travel Regulations (JTRs). Work with travel offices and Government travelers to address issues or problems
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years’ experience in the travel field and knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures
- Experience with DTS and JTRs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
