What you will do
  • Provide clinical consulting service delivery to our clients
  • Manage assigned client facilities in both service delivery and cost effectiveness
  • Ensure timely delivery of consulting visits according to our contractual obligations
  • Ensures assigned profit and loss goals are met
  • Sells a minimum of five (5) extra consulting days per quarter
  • Conducts an average of twelve (12) productive site visit days per month
  • Submit internal reports/calendars per company guidelines
  • Submit client reports after completion of customer site visit per company guidelines
  • Maintain effective and timely communication with the VP of Operations about internal and external customer issues
  • Participate with the sales process as requested
  • Provide client customer service averaging 9.0 on the customer survey scale as it relates to consulting services
  • Attend trade shows as requested
  • Maintain effective participation in our team meetings, committees, and/or on conference calls
  • Stays current on issues and regulations that affect the industry and long-term care field
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
What it takes to join the family
  • B.S. in Nursing degree preferred
  • Licenses/Certification: Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or in multi-facility management in nurse/physician consulting
  • Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to adjust the message to fit the audience
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
  • Extensive air travel required. Must have credit card for traveling purposes
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information to understand issues and identify options
  • Engage with a wide base of clients across the organization
  • Collaborate with interdepartmental team members to complete projects
  • Understand key financial indicators, manage financial performance, and use financial analysis to create and evaluate strategic options and opportunities
