What you will do
- Provide clinical consulting service delivery to our clients
- Manage assigned client facilities in both service delivery and cost effectiveness
- Ensure timely delivery of consulting visits according to our contractual obligations
- Ensures assigned profit and loss goals are met
- Sells a minimum of five (5) extra consulting days per quarter
- Conducts an average of twelve (12) productive site visit days per month
- Submit internal reports/calendars per company guidelines
- Submit client reports after completion of customer site visit per company guidelines
- Maintain effective and timely communication with the VP of Operations about internal and external customer issues
- Participate with the sales process as requested
- Provide client customer service averaging 9.0 on the customer survey scale as it relates to consulting services
- Attend trade shows as requested
- Maintain effective participation in our team meetings, committees, and/or on conference calls
- Stays current on issues and regulations that affect the industry and long-term care field
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What it takes to join the family
- B.S. in Nursing degree preferred
- Licenses/Certification: Registered Nurse
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or in multi-facility management in nurse/physician consulting
- Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to adjust the message to fit the audience
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
- Extensive air travel required. Must have credit card for traveling purposes
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information to understand issues and identify options
- Engage with a wide base of clients across the organization
- Collaborate with interdepartmental team members to complete projects
- Understand key financial indicators, manage financial performance, and use financial analysis to create and evaluate strategic options and opportunities
