Staffmax Healthcare is seeking an RN for ICU in Rapid City, South Dakota.
Pay Package
- $3554 Weekly Gross
- $72.83 Blended Hourly
- $44.50 Hourly TAXED
- $85 OT
- $448 Weekly NON-TAXED Meals Stipend
- $686 Weekly NON-TAXED Housing Stipend
- 48 Hours GUARANTEED
- 13 weeks
- 12 Hour night shifts
Requirements
- Have a valid RN License in South Dakota or compact state
- 2 years of ICU experience
- ACLS Certification
- BLS Certification
- NIHSS Certification
- TNCC strongly preferred
- Must live 100 miles or more away from facility
Special Skills
- Epic experience
- Impella, IABP and CRRT – strongly preferred
Position Summary
- Could float to any adult floor – including Medsurg/Tele with 1:4 ratio.
- Complex ICU patients ranging from surgical, medical, cardiac (preferred), neuro and trauma
- Diagnoses include: ARDS, MI, CVA/TIA, COVID, s/p cardiac cath, post-surgical, multiple system trauma – heavy trauma population
- Cardiac experience is preferred (not required): CABG/TAVR – 24 to 48 hrs post op experience is preferred but not required for travelers. Will not take fresh open hearts unless they are experienced, and the facility felt comfortable with this – given to permanent staff
- 39 beds: MICU, SICU, CICU, TICU – mixed unit
- Ratio: 1:1
- EMR: Epic, Alaris, Omnicell
- Dress code: Navy
