The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for administering cash management and banking related activities, tracking, and reporting daily cash movements and forecasting included in the company’s weekly cash report. This individual will maintain and strengthen the company’s treasury internal control environment and support all treasury operations activities, prepare working capital analysis, and assist in the preparation of balance sheet and cash flow budgets and forecasts.

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Daily reporting of the company’s cash position and the weekly preparation of the 13-week cash forecast

• Support the balance sheet and cash flow forecast and annual budget process

• Ensure that there is a strong cash and banking controls environment

• Maintain and manage key control treasury areas documented in the company’s risk and controls treasury matrix

• Responsible for completing working capital analysis to better understand actual cash movements to produce accurate and complete forecasts

• Support the company’s cash collection initiatives and all aspects of treasury operations activities

• Ensure accurate maintenance of bank accounts, balances, systems, and bank cost information

• Support supply chain financing arrangements and other cash deferral programs

• Work closely with UK treasury team to determine weekly cash requirements and support other necessary reporting

• Contribute to the month-end close and monthly financial review process

• Key contributor on various projects as needed

Qualifications

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required

• Minimum of 4 years of Treasury, Finance and/or Accounting experience

• Strong understanding of the interactions within the income, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

• Proficient use of Excel for analysis and modeling

• Detail oriented with ability to prioritize and work within a deadline-oriented environment

• Strong communications and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently from general supervision

• Experience with Oracle is a plus
