Position Summary:
Supervises the daily operations of a single designated department or two similar designated departments assuring goals and objectives are obtained through the planning, implementing and directing of programs, procedures, systems and support personnel.

Education/Experience:

Education: Bachelors Degree preferred.

Special Knowledge/Skills/Certifications/Licenses:

Previous clinic experience as an Orthopedic Assistant, Athletic Trainer, Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN and will work within the scope of that job. CPR AND BLS required.

Proven leadership skills in organizing, planning and directing an operation and its staff.

The ability to exercise good judgment and problem solving skills.

Role model with strong leadership skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task and to make quick decisions in a fast paced environment.

Strong patient advocacy skills and superior customer service skills. Ongoing mentorship to team members. Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrates knowledge of age related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and insure safety of patients

Additional Information:

TRIA in Bloomington is seeking a Clinic Operations Supervisor to lead our team in the Orthopedic Urgent Care. If you desire a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team approach, you may be a great addition to our leadership team. The position is Monday – Friday with every 4th weekend on-call. TRIA Orthopedic Urgent Care is open 8am-8pm 7 days per week and closed all major holidays.
