Position Overview:
This position is responsible for trimming, manicuring and the maintenance of Cannabis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cannabis for packaging and distribution to dispensaries
- Log processing and trimming data on computer
- Help maintain and organize processing rooms/grow rooms
- Understanding of trim and Harvest Best Practices.
- Long hours harvesting medical marijuana.
- Efficient flower trimming and hanging skills.
- Experience with proper take-down and allotment procedures.
- General understanding of strains.
- Extensive attention to detail.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
- Experience in the horticulture or agriculture industry.
- Ability to work in various types of climates.
- Ability to manage high stress situations.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Flexible schedule including weekends
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, while using scissors.
- Must be 21+ years old
- Pass a Background Check
- Must have an Arizona State ID/Driver's License
- Must have reliable transportation
