We are currently looking for team members for weekday daytime and lunch shifts.

The primary requirement of a Tropical Smoothie Café crew member is commitment to the Company’s purpose:

• Want to work & have fun while earning great wages & benefits

• Prepare smoothies and food that meets our specifications and high-quality standards including accurate measuring and weighing and following company recipes.

• Help maintain a clean, safe and organized work place

Qualifications

• Must be available for Morning and Lunch shifts in the Spring, and be able to work evenings and weekends based on restaurant needs
• Must be reliable and have the desire to work at Tropical Smoothie for a minimum of 6 months
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and take direction from others
• Willingness and ability to continuously stand, clean and walk throughout the duration of each shift.
• Must be high-energy, open to learning, proactive, and enjoy serving excellent food and smoothies while providing a safe environment for our guests.
• Must be Smart, Hardworking and a Quick Learner
• Must have Integrity, Drive and Enthusiasm
