The UCSF Benioff Initiative for Prostate Cancer Research (BIPCR) is seeking an Admin Officer to support the activities of our Initiative and the program Director.

The BIPCR was established in 2019, bringing together scientists and physicians who seek to push the boundaries of prostate cancer research. Under the direction of the faculty Director Dr. Felix Feng and the supervision of the Program Manager, the Admin Officer will have primary responsibility for providing academic assistance to Dr. Feng and general administrative support for the programmatic development and management of BIPCR.

The Admin Officer will analyze and prioritize issues in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for managing operational schedules and activities, the screening and triaging of highly confidential communications, the planning and implementation of BIPCR events, and support for BIPCR’s faculty leader including calendar and correspondence management. This position requires a high level of independence, autonomy, efficiency, confidentiality and ability to manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders at various levels under minimal direction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
