UKG PRO / HRIS Analyst

UKG PRO HRIS Analyst manages the development, installation, testing, and modification of UKG systems as it relates to finance, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and human resources. Assesses organizational needs and current HRIS systems, and makes recommendations for improvements or systems upgrades/enhancements. Develops and maintains standard reports or queries, and creates custom queries on an ad hoc basis. Establishes procedures for updating, validating, and correcting records or other related HR/Payroll/Recruiting/Benefits system data. Manages the creation of system documentation or training programs. Guides PAM Health on business decision-making and work towards streamlining existing pain points and processes that need improvement.
I. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides analytical support and data analysis on projects and human resource metrics. Works with team to utilize UKG to streamline the gathering of relevant reports that can be used to track retentions and onboarding efforts, as well as hospital market change impacts.
  • Works in partnership with Director of Organizational Effectiveness to establish performance management metrics, assists with program management while tracking data to make more informed decisions.
  • Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provides technical support to the HR function company wide, handling data management, analysis, reporting, and auditing. This includes the submission of government reports to comply with law and regulations such as the EEO-1 annual reporting.
  • Optimization of products associated with UKG suite
  • Builds locations in UKG as we acquire or build new hospitals
  • Maintains and facilitates data refresh related to Test Environment
  • Business Intelligence report specialist
  • Builds and maintains system dashboards (Demographics/Turnover/ Trends)
  • System Administrator
  • User Role Administrator
  • Promotes best practices
  • Project team lead for any future upgrades
  • Workflow and Self Service owner
  • Training specialist for new users
  • Applicant Tracking and ATS specialist
  • Go Live specialist for Timekeeping and scheduling
  • Other duties as assigned

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Training: Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Management Information Systems, or business-related field or 5+ years related experience or a combination of education and experience.
Experience: A minimum of two years’ experience performing and data analysis. UKG specific knowledge required.
