Unarmed Security Officer Requirements:

• Weekend Availability is a must.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
• Covid Vaccination Required
• Excellent customer service via phone and face to face conversation.
• Detailed and legible written communication required.
• Must speak, read, write, and understand the English language, apply written rules, detailed orders, instructions and training material.
• Prior military, civilian, or security officer experience preferred.

Weekend Unarmed Security Officer Job Description:

Oatridge Security Group is looking for a Weekend Unarmed Security Officer to join its rapidly growing team. An ideal candidate will have a vehicle and Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license. OSG has over 17 years' experience providing top of the line security services to the commercial sector and U.S government, operating throughout Washington and Oregon. In 2020, OSG was recognized as the SBA National 8(A) Graduate of the Year. Unarmed Security Officer is responsible for conducting patrols and static security, and loss prevention at client sites in and around Pierce county. Weekend Unarmed Security Officers will be required to have the ability to safely operate a vehicle, stand on their feet for long periods of time and work outside in the elements (weather). The Security Officer will work at an assigned site and may be required to challenge individuals in a loss prevention roll. This position requires individuals that possess self-discipline, de-escalation skills, a good work ethic, and punctuality. Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug test. Candidates must have a clean driving record, be well groomed, articulate, dependable, and be a team player. The Officer does not act in the capacity of a law enforcement officer and has no arrest or apprehension powers. The work is performed outdoors and indoors.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
