Troy Bank and Trust is excited to announce an opportunity to join our team in the Brundidge Main office.
This position is the Customer Ambassador for the bank with the overall purpose of providing quality and efficient personalized banking services to our clients. Responsibilities include
- Listening to customer needs and matching those needs to the most beneficial services
- Preparing documentation related to deposit accounts and other bank products
- Performing routine teller transactions
- Performing branch administration support tasks
Minimum qualifications include the following:
- 1-3 years banking or finance experience (or educational equivalent)
- High school diploma. Post secondary education a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software with advanced keyboarding and ten-key skills.
- Demonstrated skill in accuracy and attention to detail
Pay rates for this opportunity will be based upon experience. A competitive benefits package is included.
