Position Available – Part time
Location – Lyndon, Erie, Prophetstown
Hours – All shifts available/AM & PM Shifts

Responsibilities:
- Assist/give/re-enforce ADL's and meet basic hygiene needs for clients
- Assist clients with shaving & skin & nail care, dressing, exercise feeding & bathroom needs
- Provide peri-care or change clothing as needed
- Assist with meals according to client preference and dietary restrictions
- Assist client with transfers and ambulation using adaptive equipment
- Keep track of supplies
Requirements:
- Be able to lift 50lbs
- CPR certified
- Current Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a background check and drug screen
