The front desk agent helps coordinate the hotels operations with maintenance, housekeeping, and breakfast. The front desk is the hub of the hotel and a great place to start if you want to grow into a management position. Our Management company has many properties with many opportunities to grow within the company for those looking to further their career in the hospitality industry.

Shifts Available: 11pm - 7am

Priority to candidates with front desk experience at a Hilton with ONQ experience.

Daily tasks include:

• Making Reservations
• Checking Guests In/Out
• Follow up with guest needs
• Assign guests to rooms. Determine upgrades for qualifying guests.
• Running the change of day audit
• Keeping lobby and desk tidy and welcoming to guests.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: Up to $13.00 - negotiable per hour depending on experience.

**Hotel experience is a highly valued but not necessary. If no prior hotel/Hilton experience, we offer training to get you up and running in our system.
