ROLE SUMMARY:
Today, Pfizer has 26 Oncology products available in the US, across over 30 indications bringing hope and relief to hundreds of thousands of people annually. This Oncology Patient Solutions & Alliances (OPSA) Marketing Associate role is a key opportunity for a talented, high-energy individual to support assessment and execution of innovative initiatives to drive the continued growth of our ever-expanding portfolio while also helping build campaign and programming for future product launches.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Oncology Patient Solutions & Alliances Marketing Associate will be involved in efforts for developing the omnichannel strategy and other essential marketing activities across a growing portfolio of business. The Marketing Associate will partner with Brand Marketing Teams and cross functional partners (i.e. Corporate Affairs, Pfizer Digital, Specialty Access Solutions, etc.). Roles and responsibilities will shift to address specific business needs:
  • Assist in developing HCP and Patient Experience omnichannel and digital marketing tactics alongside Marketing brand leads
  • Assist in the development of omnichannel assets
  • Measure, monitor and analyze different campaigns and projectsto provide actionable insights for core teams
  • Assist in the coordination of other digital projects; including social media campaigns (unbranded/branded) and CRM
  • Support in the coordination and management of projects through internal project management systems (Veeva Vault, Canvas...etc)
  • Marketing Fulfillment
  • Drive voice of customer insights to support marketing efforts
  • Use real-time customer behavior to sharpen customer segmentation and help deliver content that is relevant and timely
  • Field Operations Support, specifically our Field Reimbursement Managers and Advocacy & Patient Directors
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of multiple conferences & congresses throughout the year
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of US pharmaceutical industry experience, sales or marketing experience preferred.
  • High learning agility, strong planning skills with the ability to move fast in response to what is happening in the external marketplace
  • Ability to quickly identify insights and support the brand in development and pull-through
  • Strong business acumen coupled with analytical skills preferred
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both 1:1 environments and larger group settings to mobilize key stakeholders and engage leadership
  • BA/BS - degree required

For roles based in New York City: The annual base salary for this position ranges from $60,400.00 to $100,500.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 7.5% of the base salary. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
