Job description
The Utilization Review Coordinator works with the Department Director to perform the data collection and utilization review activities as outlined below. Has level of responsibility for major sources of hospitals income resulting from appropriate and/or inappropriate utilization of patient services.Education/Certifications/Licenses
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana. Must provide copies of licensure/certification for personnel records including renewals.

Required 3 years of hospital clinical experience is required
