Job description

The UX Analyst drives continuous improvement of the Rent Manager experience for all our customers. The incumbent provides actionable and meaningful data-driven insights that represent the voice of multiple users. The UX Analyst collaborates with Business Analysts, Development, and UI Design to evaluate current and upcoming user research needs that help to improve product definition and drive business goals.


Essential Functions

  • Become a Rent Manager and industry expert.
  • Design and conduct research on various projects ranging from exploratory research to concept validation.
  • Use a well-rounded approach to determine how changing business and industry needs will affect systems and business processes; provide ideas and recommendations regarding the evolution of the Rent Manager software.
  • Participate in discussions and interact with product users to fully understand their business processes, needs, and pain points.
  • Stay current with industry trends, as well as become familiar with competitive landscape and evolving technologies.
  • Influence and build relationships with people across all levels of the organization, internally and externally.
  • Establish, maintain, and evolve UX guidelines.
  • Provide clear and concise text for microcopy, calls to action, and error messages.
  • Design compelling product experiences based on customer needs.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Proficient in Adobe XD, Figma, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
